Art-Deco Inspired Wedding at the Peabody
This gorgeous wedding at the Peabody Opera House featured a stunning Freesia bouquet that our design team is still talking about months later. It was easily one of our favorites of the year! But the bouquet was just the beginning of this amazing wedding; Peabody’s beautiful, golden Art Deco architecture provided the perfect backdrop to Ali and Tim’s ceremony and reception.
Ali requested a dramatic aisle for the ceremony, so we created four large, lush arrangements to anchor the ends, and lined the aisle with tons of white rose petals and mixed-height pillar candles. The white hydrangea, pale pink roses and greenery from the ceremony were carried through into the reception with two large head table arrangements. Art Deco details were brought into the reception décor through the table numbers, cake and stationary. Table 10 Event Design (link) provided the gold chargers and shimmering linens on the head and cake tables. We love that Ali kept the color pallet simple and really let the beauty of the building shine; the gold tones in the architecture and tablescapes made for a warm, glowing atmosphere throughout the night. It might have been March outside, but it was nothing but warmth and love inside!
Thank you to our friends Liz and Meredith at L Photographie for sharing their beautiful photos with us!
